Webview for UCCE version 8.5

Hello;

We need to upgrade for UCCE 8.5(x) so the CVP and ICM will be 8.5(x). The problem that I am facing that I would to keep using webview because it is more friendly user for the customer to generate reports. Is it possible?

Because the CUIC is somehow complicated for the user and some parameters are not existed like summary SLA and should be developped manually.

Any advise?

No way, only option to use Sybase infomaker and develop customize reports.

Hi,

WebView is not supported in ICM 8.5(1) and later. Actually, the last supported (but not recommended) ICM version was 8.0(1).

Actually, it's not Sybase Infomaker only; you can use any free or commercial product for developing a report. I use BIRT, for instance, but there's also CrystalReports or Cognos just to name a few.
