Webview ODBC error

Hi,

While accessing historical reports from Webview I'm getting error "Database Error! ODBC connection failed (code -1) - Cannot run tabular report

But real time reports are working fine

Can anyone help pls

What version of Webview are you using? Is Webview installed as a standalone or on the HDS?
