what is com.cisco.ccbu.finesse.api.exception.NotFoundException in finesse desktop-webservices logs

Helllo All,

          I'm using finesse javascript api , in my application , Im not able change state, or drop the calls, when I checked finesse logs, I got this exception, what is com.cisco.ccbu.finesse.api.exception.NotFoundException,  means.

Hi,

The exception is saying that the dialog no longer exists. It appears that the call already dropped before you made the request to drop the call.
