Can outbound calls be made from Trigger numbers?
Why is there a field for "Alerting Name ASCII" in CTI Route Point Information section of a Trigger?
In the Line Settings section of a Trigger, why are there "Display" and "External Phone Number Mask" fields
The way I think of our call queues, I think of them as inbound only.
How would someone see this information?
Can calls be made outbound through a CTI Route Point, Route Patterns or a Trigger number?
