wrap up codes config

Hi,

we need to configure wrap up codes in UCCX verion 9.0.2 . I logged in Cisco Desktop Administrator ----Cisco unified Presence Settings----WorkFlow Groups but do not get any ADD option to enter wrap up codes.

 

I refered the link but could not get the option.

It is 2 Desktop admin :) Web and app

download and install Cisco Unified CCX Desktop Suites from https://uccx/appadmin/Plugins?request_type=plugins

Than run Admin Desktop application.

Hi, Aman

You could find how add wrapup codes in document on page 53 figure 20, 21. 

Just run Admin. than choose - Location -> call center1 -> Workflow Configuration -> Wrap up Data for global wrap-up list.
