When a call comes in and is answered in Finesse the “Wrap-Up Reasons” are not getting refeshed in between calls.
After the wrap up reason is chosen it remains into the next call. The reason is not actually being chosen, it is just not being refreshed back to “WrapUP Reason” until the web browser is refreshed.
We are running UCCE and Finesse v10.5. This is occurring in Internet Explorer v9 and 11. Any ideas? I've attached a screen shot.
