Hi Team
I'm writing a script that uploads a prompt to 2 different IVRs in an Enterprise 7.5(8) environment
I'm stuck with either the write step "Y:\\Prompts\specialPrompt.wav" (where Y is a shared drive on a different IVR) or the Upload Prompt step again using a shared drive to get a previously saved .wav file from a shared drive.
I've tried u"Y:\\....and "Y:'\\...but keep getting a 'cant find path error'
Uploading prompts works perfectly on both IVRs, even when calling each other, but I need to get the same .wav file on both hard disks....
We're using IVR 7.0(1)SR5 - I'm sure I've used this on older versions successfully in the past...any ideas?
regards to all
Peter

Hi,
I did a similar thing recently, using the full UNC path and it works nicely. Take a look at the screenshot.
Did you try to use the full UNC path?
