Hi there, about 2 years ago I purchased an FPR1010 and 2 services.. I was, then, able to download the latest OS so that I could have PPPoE support... I just recently [had] to hard reset the device and am baffled as to why it lost the more recent and [PPPoe] working OS version and went back to and older one. I tried to download but says my contract expired.
Is there a an easy/cheapest just for me to download the OS method, that can also be done.. now?

It would be best to get a new support contract. But if your software has a vulnerability in http://www.cisco.com/security you can call TAC, reference the security bulletin and get a newer version.

Hello, is there any specific Support Contract I could get? I can not say I have any security issue, just that the version I have does not support PPPoE, thus making it unusable, for me.
