Can you only add ranges one at a time? With CSPC, we were able to add as many as 500 at once via the XML API console script. I've yet to see a way to do this via CX. I have many customers with over 100 ranges, what's the best method for discovering?

Hello @TeamIBOS70148
The addition of IP ranges is done one at a time to ensure the credentials required to access those devices are correct for each range. Today we have a limit of 50 ranges per CX Agent, so in the cases of customers having more than 50 ranges they would need to deploy additional Agents. We also offer asset collection capabilities using a seed file as well as using Catalyst Center with the CX Agent. We've always used /24 ranges, can it handle larger?

The recommended best practice is to use a range no larger than a /16 if you are not fully aware of the IB footprint. Ranges like a /12 and especially a /8 can negatively impact the performance of the CX Agent.
