If we have smartnet contracts, Solution Support contracts and some Success Track Level 1 contracts. Am i able to show all contracts in CX Cloud? Is it automatically show or i need to import or trigger for it ?

You can see your additional contracts in one of two ways:
1) As an Admin of CX Cloud, navigate to the Admin page (gear icon). Click on the Contract row and click Add Contracts button. This will present you with a list of all the contracts you are eligible to add. To be eligible, you must have access to the contract in your Cisco.com profile.
2) Add addition data sources to CX Cloud. Any assets learned from those data sources will report their coverage. It will not include the entire contract, but will report the coverage for those connected assets.
