Issues with Data Sync from CSPC to CX Cloud

Dear Cisco Community,

I am encountering an issue with the data collection and upload from my Cisco Platform Common Collector (CSPC) to CX Cloud.

Following the announcement of the discontinuation of the SNTC Portal, we migrated to CX Cloud and added CSPC as a data source. However, when checking the data in CX Cloud, I see that the last update recorded was 34 days ago, even though in the SNTC portal, the last update was yesterday. This indicates that the data is not syncing correctly with CX Cloud.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve it? I would appreciate any help in restoring proper data synchronization.

 Hi @leandro-viscomi 

Please log into cxcloud and open a case so the support team can look into the matter. It could be an issue with your specific CSPC or could need a manual sync. But to verify and document we need to have a proper service request.

@leandro-viscomi We had an outage in the US for processing CSPC files into CX Cloud from Sept 7th through this morning.  It was fixed today and your next upload should be fine.  Please confirm if you still see the issue after your CSPC uploads the next time.  Apologies for the inconvenience.
