I'm seeing too many VEMs after cahnging domain id from 25 to 35 how to remove old ones ?

How many VEMs do you see currently only from the VSM? If you see the "correct" VEMs show from a "show mod", from the VSM, issue "no vem x" for all the module #s that are stale (not inserted). Save your config and reload your VSM. This should clear out the stale VEM data.
The reason why you have so many VEMs showing us is because each unique VEM Src MAC is generated by the Domain ID & Slot # it's been assigned to. Looks like you have stale VEM registrations that need to be cleaned up.

I see correct VEMs from VSM . But if I do 'no vem 6' I will remove 'correct' vem with Scr MAC of 0002-3d40-2305 not that one with Src MAC 0002-3d40-1905 ?

Can you also paste the output of "show run | i vem"
I'd also suggest to try the following. From one of the VEM's CLI, issue "vem restart". See if this clears up your issue. Note this will cause a 2-3 sec impact to networking, but will come back online immediately.
thanks,
Robert

Irek,
The VEM UUIDs are all unique which is good. You shouldn't have any issues.
