  Receiving 4 to 24 seconds latency when Iron Port Devices are source, going outbound to external web destinations. There is no latency when IronPort is the destination. Looking for possible causes or advice on where to look. 

Our policy is to only implement Enforced TLS on outbound mail and have the business partner do the same on their end.  As the recipient, is there any way for me to tell if the sender is using Enforced or Preferred TLS?
