Hi,
I have 1 VOIP phone that when certain people call the person internally and the user answers the phone the phone screen shows call as answered but when you listen to the line there is no noise or sound down it at all, like it is dead. Yet the phone works fine with everyone else in company.
I have changed the cables, ports, ports in switch, handset, profile on CUCM v8 and even Ext number now and still the same issue and can't find the cause.
I only have one user with the issue and no one else has the issue..
Can anyone help or suggest possible causes?
