3845 voice gateway card type configuration

Hi~

I've a 3845 voice gateway

The device has 18 E1 port.

when I command

card type E1 1 0

card type E1 1 1

card type E1 2 0

card type E1 2 1

card type E1 3 0

card type E1 3 1

card type E1 4 0

card type E1 4 1

they are good status.

I check controller E1 1/0, 1/1, 1/0/0, 1/0/1

I check controller E1 2/0, 2/1, 2/0/0, 2/0/1

I check controller E1 3/0, 3/1, 3/0/0, 3/0/1

I check controller E1 4/0, 4/1, 4/0/0, 4/0/1

that also good

I install 2port e1 module on hwic slot 0

card type E1 0 0 is not confgurate.

I've checked sh inven, sh diag that was good.

controller E1 0/0 and 0/1 also check...

why the card type command is not insert?

Can I use the E1 ports??

can u share output of below commands

a. show diag

b. show inventory

c. show controllers E1

Which card u have inserted in HWIC slot of 3845 router and  snapshot of error u get while trying to configure?

I'm sorry.

This was not issue.

The card support only E1 type..
