3905 transfer problems

Hi, sometimes 3905 phones cannot transfer calls: user press tranfer key, dial the extension but nothing happens. The problem is random and disappears resetting the phone.

Callmanager Version:8.6.2.22900-9

Phone version: 9-2-2-0

Try make factory reset for the IP Phone

Hi, I have the same problem.

CUCM - 9.1.1(a)

3905 - 9-2-2ES7, 9-2-2, 9-2-2ES1

Factory reset doesn' help. Deleting and installing this phone on CUCM doesn' help, too.

It looks like problem with 3905 settings on CUCM, because new phone for the same user becomes to work with the same bug.

3905 problem to transfer (firmware CP3905.9-4-1-0 and CP3905.9-2-2-0).

This (attached firmware) has resolved my issues. It's a downgrade but dont worry!

 

I received this firmware from TAC.
