3PCC on cisco 7800, 8800 phones

 Please, answer to my question. Where is 3PCC firmware for 7800 and 8800 series phones. Can I change firmware for existing 7800/8800 phones with CUCM firmware to 3PCC , and if I can, how to do it?

I do not find conversion procedure from CUCM to 3PCC in it. I find firmware upgrade procedure (3PCC to 3PCC) and conversion procedure from 3PCC to CUCM. Also I find that caution:

**After you upgrade to the enterprise firmware, you cannot revert to the third-party call control firmware. **

Does it means, what I can't convert firmware from CUCM to 3PCC?

That seems to be the case here as it clearly says that after you upgrade to the enterprise firmware, you cannot revert to the third-party call control firmware.

So, right answer will be - no, you can't change firmware for existing 7800/8800 phones with CUCM firmware to 3PCC.

That is true, To get 3PCc on an 88XX you need to purchase the proper SKU.

What's the proper SKU to purchase in order to use the 3PCC firmware?  For example, the CP-8851-K9= only has the 1 SKU

I could find one for 8831 (  CP-8831-3PCC-K9= ), you may check with your Cisco Account team for details about the models that you don't find on cisco.com.

Is the 8831 the only 3PCC model available?   I can't seem to find any other phone models that can be used for 3PCC.

Also, are there any versions of Cisco firmware that are "non" enterprise?

All 7800 and 88x1 have appropriate 3PCC SKUs.

Found the firmware easily enough, but finding the 3PCC SKU's on CCW seems to be a challenge. . . .

What we've discovered so far is that any phone model that offers video is NOT supported with 3PCC SKU nor firmware. .. . .
