6921 ip phones not registered

Dear all,

We changed ip schema of all buildings but in one building the 6921 ip phones are not getting registered
when we place a different model on the same port like 7945, 7965 the phone gets registered and starts working 
only 6921 ip phones are not working 
these 6921 ip phone take ip, vlan tftp and all setting but still not getting registered

Maybe erase the config of the phone?

I erased the config and also did factory reset but still its not getting registered

Also check if ports are allowed between phone sub net and CUCM

Can't download configuration file XMLdefault.cnf.xml.sgn from 10.200.

tftp error: download xmldefault fail

CTL sep(mac phone).tlv updated fail

tftp error: CTL sep(mac phone).tlv fail

This Indicates that TFTP ports are blocked between this subnet and CUCM.

Check in the firewall for the same.

Does not look like any firewall issue as other phones are getting registered. It looks like the server is missing the default config file "XMLdefault.cnf.xml.sgn" or not able to locate in the server.

You may try one thing...

1. Create 6921 phone manually with MAC address which creates this phone specific configuration file.

2. Try to register now. If it gets registered, then this is the problem with only Auto registered 6921 phones not able to locate default config file "XMLdefault.cnf.xml.sgn".

this phone is manually done but still it is unable to download conf files

and not getting register

Try Factory reset of one phone .

What does it show in the status messages. ( Settings > Status> Status Message )

remove the netwrork cable and plug in again , i faced similar issue few days back :)
