Voice Call Release Issue

Dear Fellows,

We have been receiving a call release issue on all FXO Ports.

The scenario is,

Customer Calls in on our Landline Number

The call gets connected and customer hears a welcome message but that call is not released until 3 minutes. Please see the mentioned below (plar : 3000)

Now another customer calls in, he has to wait in queue.

Our router shows the following status (Sh voice call status)

Sh run of a specific voice port is as follows:

voice-port 0/1/0
 timeouts call-disconnect 3
 timeouts wait-release 3
 connection plar 3000
 description "xxxxxxx"
 bearer-cap Speech
 caller-id enable

The 3000 is our Music on Hold and it is being stuck on any voice port whenever our call manager/router is forwarding/disconnecting a call.

Can anyone provide their advice and help on this issue.
