6941 phones off by one hour

Customer updated to CUCM 8.6.2-22900, and 6941 phones are now displaying time off by one hour (slow). 

TAC had us apply the latest DST patch, but this did not help.  Other phones are fine.

Has anyone else seen this?  Suggestions to repair (not work around)?

Hi Clifford,

This issue seems to be happening with non java phones and you can use a work around for the time being by creating a different date time group  and a new device pool with the adjustment of the time but before that please let me know the time zone used in the date time group for these phones.

downgrading the firmware to 9.2.3 seem to fix the issue, Please let me know by applying this on one phone only.
