HI Val,
Hope that the switch you are using is PoE capable.
First of all as stated by Chris, please check if enough power is available on the switch.
If available then please insert phone one by one and not all at the same time and check the power with help of "inline power" command.
Do you have any other phone connected to the switch?
Thank You
Nishant

Do you have enough power on the switch? Remember these phones use more power. Can you see if it powers up with a power cube? What type of switch (model) is it connected to?

Hello Nishant, the issue is the phones is not due to power issues from my switches, they are Cisco 6500 series devices and we have two of them ( Over Kill but none less this is what it is for the environ ). Anyways is ther a way to default these models Cisco IP phone Models 7965G & 7945 , from the moment you plug the RJ45 cable into the device ( like keys on the phone itself to bring to factory default).
Thanks Val......

Val,
You can use the command below on the switch to see if the phones are actually requesting inline power and what the response of the switch is.
show power inline {fastethernet | gigabitethernet} slot/port
If you dont see any power request you may have a DOA (dead on arrival). RMA them to Cisco and they will send you replacements

Hi Val,
I read your other post regarding this issue as well, and I
was wondering if the phones "cycle" through this process
in sort an On/Off type rebooting sequence?
Also, is there anything showing on the screen (error etc.)
when this happens?
Cheers!

Val,
Please note that the 7945s/7965s do not support the old Cisco Inline Power. They require 802.3af. Please make sure your line cards support 802.3af.
