7821 IP Phone With SRST Problem

Dears Good day ,

kindly i have 7821 IP Phone and its working fine but SRST not working in another location or site and as ber Cisco Compatibility Information the SRST compatible with 7821 starting from SRST version 8.6 . and SRST 8.6 compatible with IOS 15.1 .

and i'm already upgraded my routers to 15.1 but SRST not working . but before was working will with ATA & 69XX IP phones .

do you have any idea or any support :)

Routers 2801 , 1861 . 880

IOS 15.1 , 15.1 , 15.3

CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5

Hi there,

Can you post your config?  Ensure you have the proper SIP SRST config on your gateways in addition to the standard SCCP SRST a config:

Did u enter the IP address under SRST reference configuration in SIP network/IP address in CUCM even though it is not mandatory?

Hi there,

I'd suggest taking a look at my previous link and populating the voice register global commands.
