7821 SIP Phone will not Register with CME - Config Attached

Hello Everyone, 

 I have a 3925E running CME 11.0 with a mix of SSCP phones and one 7821 SIP phone. The SCCP phones are registered and working just fine. The SIP phone pulls DHCP but never registers. A "debug tftp events" on the CME reveals no TFTP traffic occurring between the CME and the 7821. I'm not sure what I have done wrong but I compared the configs on a CME that has registered 7821s to mine and can find no discrepancies other than the fact that on my CME, under Voice Register Global, there is no "auto-registration" option available. I am hoping that one of you may be able to provide some insight.

NOTE: Option 150 in the scope configured for the phones DOES point to the CME and IS reachable from the subnet containing the SIP phone.

Thanks for the suggestions! I tried them but the phone still would not register. I have upgraded the CME to v12.0, added a newer version of the firmware load (12.5), and now I can see registration attempts on the CME under the "show voice register statistics" command but the phone still will not register. When I hard reset the phone the message "Reg Send Failure : REGISTER" appears for a short time on the screen and then the phone goes into the registration loop. The phone is getting DHCP but under the "Active Server" section, where I assume I should see the IP of the TFTP server I see nothing. 

I really have no idea what to do at this point.

If phone is not getting TFTP IP Address then check option 150 configuration under DHCP scope for of this phone. I know you mentioned in your original post that the option 150 is configured but verify it again. If it doesn't work try setting TFTP and other network parameters manually on the phone and see if it works.

 Verified the Option 150 IP is correct. I will try manually configuring the phone and let you know what happens.
