Has anyone experience issues with 7841 IP phone not displaying the option to use call pickup or group pickup from this device. We are running CUCM 11.5; system version 11.5.1.17900-52 and vmware is installed.
We have several other models running and this feature works without issue on our other models. Any suggestions

You may need to check the following 2:
-Can you confirm if the Softkey Template of the 7841 includes the CallPickup and GrpPickup Softkeys?
-Can you check if the phone has the latest firmware?

Thank for your reply;
Can you confirm if the Softkey Template of the 7841 includes the CallPickup and GrpPickup Softkeys? Yes, we created one with those attributes; changing the template to the custom template, restarting the device nothing changed.
-Can you check if the phone has the latest firmware? the firmware is 12.6
Also, all of our 7841 devices are not displaying this behavior they are functioning without issue; at present it appears to be about 12 devices or so that we are getting complaints.
