Have you tried factory default the phone? Can you do debug ip dhcp events / packets and see if the router is getting any requests?

Hello,

In the 2651 configuration, the option 150 IP address is wrongly configured. Please try it with CME IP address

ip dhcp pool int
   network 10.20.7.0 255.255.255.0
   default-router 10.20.7.1
   option 150 ip 10.20.7.20 <<<my PC>>> --->10.20.7.1

Thanks,

Niran

thanks Niranjan and Michael for your interest

i already configured the option 150 ip address with CME ip address in the first time and the same result i got, then i let my PC acting as TFTP server, because changed many SCCP firmware, as i thought it's bug or something wrong in that

Michael,

yea i tried that also, but getting no understood info, since the IP phone sends discover message every time although he got one, but not reachable by ping BTW

now to avoid my trick about Dynamips and let it offical :)

i just applied the DHCP configuration on Dynamips without telephoney-service and let the default router is 2651XM

and the phone can easy get ip from DHCP, then register on 2651xm

but it's not logic to me that 7911 can't get his ip from 2651XM router with many IOS 12.4T and CME 3.3, 3.4, and last 4.0 !
