Looking at the datasheet for the 7925 it seems that the phone is widely supported across many CCM versions.
Does anyone know what version of 6.0 needs to be installed to add a phone in CCMAdmin?
The menu goes from 7921 --> 7931.
Thanks,
Aaron

You should be able to get it to work with the latest device pack.

Hi Aaron,
Here is a little additional info to the good tips from Chris (+5 points Chris - Happy Holidays)
Before installing the firmware, use Table 1 below to verify that your Cisco Unified Communications Manager supports the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7925G. If your Cisco Unified Communications Manager does not support the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7925G, you will need to upgrade to a Cisco Unified Communications Manager release that supports the phone and/or install a device pack that will add the support for the phone.

Rob-
Thanks for your reply. When checking the software download site the latest version I see under
CUCM V 6 --> Device Packages is
6.0(1.3109)
Maybe its not released yet?

The same thing applies to 6.1.2
Latest device pack for 6.1.2 is
6.1(2.1113)
7.0 doesn't have the listing for device packs as of yet.
Perhaps they will be released soon....considering the phones are shipping??

Hi Aaron,
Good call! I'm sure these Devpaks are right around the corner.
I would open a TAC Case and see if they can't setup a special file access for you if you need it ahead of time.
Hope this helps!
Rob
