Hello everyone,
We just moved a site from CallManager 4x to CUCM 7.1. All the our phones connected to the new TFTP on CUCM 7 and downloaded their firmware and registered correctly. We also have (3) Polycoms that appear to download their firmware as we notice the status hit 100% but then the phone resets and starts to download its firmware over and over.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could be occuring.

Hi Edwin,
It may be necessary to upgrade in increments if the 7937's were running
an older Firmware on 4.x
Note If your Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7937G is running firmware release 1.2.1 or earlier, upgrade to firmware release 1.3(2) before upgrading to firmware release 1.4(3).
