7941 shows no missed/ recieved/ placed calls

Using CUCM ver 10.5.2.13900-12
phone using SCCP41.9-4-2SR1-1S firmware
Phone will not show calls in the directory screen.  Other 7941 phones are working with the same firmware load. Replacement phone installed same symptoms.

Hi Kevin,

On the DN page make sure "Log Missed Calls" is checked. Else try deleting ITL on the phone steps below

1.             Go to settings menu on the phone.

2.             Unlock it, using combination: **#

3.             Go to "Security Configuration"

4.             Go to Trust List

5.             Delete ITL File

(Rate if it works)

Deleted the ITL file and reset phone.  Checked DN in call manager and it does have the check on log missed calls.  Factory reset on phone as well.  Still no calls are showing as missed, received or placed.

checked the phone this morning and apparently a little time passed and its working.  Thank you for your help
