Dear Cisco community, i have a 7960 Cisco phone when i boot it, it only shows this message "TFTP file not found" or "Tftp timeout" even after i reset shows the same thing. The issue is everything is locked including the buttons, is there a way to unlock it so i can have access to the settings?
Thanks,

Hello @zhir
CUCM or CUCME? If CUCME please do debug tftp event and share the output please.

When you say that you’re doing a reset can describe exactly how are you doing that?
12-09-2023 02:03 AM
holding the *,6 and setting button and release at the same time, followed by the reset key sequence, then it says reset initiated.

Even if it’s not a Cisco official site this is still valid for how to reset your phone. https://docs.skyswitch.com/en/articles/545-factory-reset-and-provisioning-of-cisco-7960-for-skyswitch
Follow this up to point 6, the rest is not related.
