We recently upgraded the phone loads on our cluster and ran into this bug. When users on 7942's and 62's attempt to transfer a call while using a headset the call is placed on hold, but no dial tone is provided and the headset light on the phone turns off. If you press the headset button again the transfer box appears and dial-tone is provided. I couldn't find any release notes with known issues for this load so if anyone has any information, that'd be great.
It's happening on several phones so please don't focus on it being a singular device issue, it'd definitely firmware related. If I revert the load on one of the devices to it's old load functionality is returned.
