Hello
I have asked this and looked for answers and can not get either.
I have factory reset these phones and every time I do one, the Phone goes to upgrading then to the Cisco screen and recycles back. All the functions
fail and I cannot reset/reconfigure anything. Does anyone have the correct answer for fixing this or am I SOL?

Hi, You need to reload the firmware to the ip phone via tftp server. Hope that help.
