Hi. We just purchased a new 7971G-GE ip phone, and are unable to get passed the error message Cisco Discovery protocol CDP : switch Port: Warning! CDP should only be disabled on the Network Port if the phone is connected to non-switch.
For further details , consult the call Manager Administration guide.
when trying to update the phone's profile. Any idea on how to correct this bug? When you get the message, your choice is to OK and the window goes away, but at the end an error window comes up and the changes are not saved.
Running CCM 4.1(3)SR1
Any reponses would be appreciated.
Thanks
