Hello All,
I'am having an issue with a CME router that is on version 11.6 and adding two 8811 phones to the configuration. Auto registration was previously enabled. I was able to get the phone to auto register successfully. However when we dial it is only sending one digit at a time. The "no digit collect kpml" is configured on the voice register pool.
So I don't know how to fix the issue. The 8811's are running sip88xx.11-0-1-11. There are a number of other 8811's that are running fine, its just now we are trying to add 2 more brand new. When I disable auto reg the phone sits in "unprovisioned". I know this is all end of life but has anyone seen this issue before? Thanks!
Jason

What if you configure the phones in CME so that they don’t need to use auto registration. Does it work then?

Can you please share the configuration from CME for a non working and a working phone?

Roger,
I appreciate it! The working phone is pool 6 below, its no different then the non working phone which is pool 16. It does however look like it was previously configured for auto registration since it has the password and username in there. All of the phones are configured as voice register pools.
