8845 phone idle application host not found

I have configured 8845 phone it join my call manger but giving error

 idle application host not found

I need help.

Hi Kafi,

Increase the idle timer(seconds) to higher value(e.g. 99999) in UDT profile as attached in snap shot 1 and check.

- Are you trying to use Self-provisioning?

- Is your 8845 IP Phone already registered with CUCM and giving error "host not found" while being idle?

If its registered already and giving that error then go to the device page of the phone > under "External Data Location Settings" > Erase the information with respect to idle and idle timer (seconds) and leave all fields blank.

For remove this menu of your phone:

connect you cucm -> device -> phone -> choice phone -> under External Data Locations Information (Leave blank to use default) 

remove any field (idle&time)

save/reset phone
