Hi
We have just deployed some 8945 phones with latest 9-3-2-11 firmware and are having some issues with the redial list that is accessed from the navigation keys.
When attempting to redial an incoming call there are too many leading zeros, when redialling an outgoing call there are not enough.
As per the pic below, none of these calls will redial as there needs to be 2 leading zeros (one for dialling external, the other one is part of the area code).

I have seached this site and google for hours looking for anyone with the same issue but to no avail.
We are running CUCM 7.1.5.32900-2
For reference, we cannot replicate this issue on any other phone we have (7960,7961,7962,7911,7937,9971) and they all work perfect in this regard and are running with the same environment settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
DT

Hi David,
Could be a bug since the fimrware version cmterm-8941_8945-sccp.9-3-2-11.cop.sgn being used for CUCM version is latest /minimum required for 8941/8945 IP phone.
You won't be even able to degrade LOAD.
This could be a new bug since other IP phone models as said by you are working perfect in same cluster.

Hi David,
I agree with Aman here (+5), I would look at these
two bugs;
CSCuf24528 - 8945 SCCP Predot number is disappeared on Call history when using redial
CSCud08735 - 8945 SCCP Predot number(of route pattern) is disappeared on Call history
Cheers!

Thanks for the rating.
In the morning, I had seen these bugs but was not confident on the same.
