8961 speed dial issue on cme

Hi,

I have an IP Telephony setup on 2921 with Version 9.0

I have 8961 phone and need to configure speed dial on this.

I configured the following.

voice register template  10

button-layout 1 line

button-layout 2-4 speed-dial

voice register pool  6

fastdial 1 933512183 name nithin

fastdial 2 933512187 name louis

id mac 34A8.4EA6.808E

type 8961

number 1 dn 7

template 10

dtmf-relay rtp-nte

codec g711ulaw

But No luck......

Do i need to add anything more in the configuration????

I tried no create profile and create profile  in the voice register global...but result same....

Can you please try speed-dial instead of fast-dial

Hi Rob,

Sorry for the delay.....

I tried the speed-dial instead of fast dial.But result is the same....

The Firmware version we are using is sip-8961-9-2-1.

Whether I need to change the FM or not ?
