9971, 8945, 7960 - Control Remotely and Take Screenshots for Training

We are creating training materials users who are in another state.  I don't have their phones models at my location.  How can I control their phone remotely and then take screenshots of their display remotely?  I'd like to paste the phone display screenshots on a picture of the phone in the training course.  When they click on the picture of the phone in the course, then the display will change to correspond with what was just pressed.

Is there a way to control the phone and grab the display screenshots I need to create the online course?

Can anyone help me with below thing.

 

1) How to register the soft client like


a) UPLINX Remote Phone Control

 

I have followed the configuration mentioned in the links below

but still the phone is not getting registered with CME.

I always get the 401 error.

Any expert who has done this scenario before and can help me with this task.

Please i need this solution. Or can anyone guide me the vendor support Assistance.
