the CEO has a 9971 with 2 lines
some problems arose because of how he was used to using his old phone.
somtimes he forgets to revert to his line 1 and dials with line 2
how can i force line 1 to be default and line 2 to be selected only when in use (calling or getting called), when not in use line 1 should auto get selected.
thanks

Line 1 is usually the default unless he presses line 2 to dial out. In that case when he manually presses the line there is not much that can be done. The powerful CEO just needs to remember to use line 1. If he just lift his handset, or presses the speaker button to dial out, the line 1 is auto selected because its the default..
