9971 w/ sidecar incoming call display issue

I have a 9971 w/ KEM (sidecar).  When any calls come in that are for any shared lines/extensions on the sidecar it displays the following caller info:

Caller Name

On XXXXX

XXXX is the shared line number.

They want to see the extension of the incoming call as some of the alerting names are ambiguous.  Is there a way to do this in CUCM?  I can't seem to find anything.

Not sure, but it happens when absolutely no calls are active and it's the only one coming in.
