Hi,
did anyone figure out the procedure or settings combination on Cisco 9951 phone that would enable user to do a blind transfer to phone number in Corporate directory?
Transfer procedure starts nicely by pressing Transfer hard key, but after user presses Directory hard key, transfer procedure is cancelled.

No way to do this via blind transfer. CSCuc21228 is an enhancement request filed to allow that.
You should be able to do consult transfer still:
1- with an active call, press the transfer button. 2- Contacts button. 3- Corporate directory. 4- Find User 5- Call that user 6- when the user answers, press on Transfer button again and then the Button next to the first call and the call will be transferred to him.

Thanks for your reply and opening an enhancement request. Bug is present also on firmware 9.4.1.9.
I figured the way around using the attended transfer (as you have pointed out), but it's not ideal.
