Hi,
We have international calls with ! Pattern
we can cut time-out with IP Phones by pressing # manually
But the contact users in jabber will face this time out that the contact phone numbers not contain the #
I need to know if we can add # automatically at the end of digits using app dial rules or translation pattern to solve the delay when calling international from jabber ?
thanks

Hi Haitham,
Since the application dial rules don't have a setting to append a # at the end of the dialed string, the T302 timer will apply. You may consider lowering the T302 timer to a slightly lower value from the service parameters. If its set to 15 seconds you may lower it to 8-9 seconds and communicate to the users that they will get lesser between entering digits on their phone when making the call. Additionally you may try to create some more specific route patterns to avoid the overlap so that the T302 timer does not come into picture.

Hi Haitham,
I am not aware of any option to do this for jabber, maybe someone else might know and comment.
