Add automatically a digit (for CallBack)a to the caller num in missed

Hi Everyone

Hope you guys are doing well

I need a help, I'm using cucm 14 and I want to add a prefix on missed call.

for example if I need to call any landing I must use prefix as 9 because its configure but when i get a missed call and want to call back i cant edit that or cant call directly.

anyone knows how to deal with this?

You can add 9 on gateway inbound direction as prefix. This will add 9 for all incoming calls and without editing you can call back.
