ADFS related query

Hi All,

I have one ADFS related query.

Is it possible to use Cisco IP voice architecture with SSO but using just AD or Azure AD servers instead of ADFS?

Would be much appreciating if any one can help me on this query.

The following IdPs using SAML 2.0 are supported:
• Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
• Oracle Identity Manager
• Ping Federate
• Open Access Manager (OpenAM)

The third-party applications must meet the following configuration
requirements:
• The mandatory attribute “uid” must be configured on the IdP. This
attribute must match the attribute that is used for the LDAP-synchronized
user ID in Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

*Cisco Unified Communications Manager currently supports only
sAMAccountName option as the LDAP attribute for user ID settings. For
information about configuring mandatory attribute mapping, see the IdP
product documentation. *

Note • The clocks of all the entities participating in SAML SSO must be
synchronized. For information about synchronizing clocks, see the “NTP
Settings” section in the Cisco Unified Communications Operating System
Administration Guide.
