After resetting a cisco 7911 phone has been left blank screen

I reset a Cisco 7911 phone and then the boot screen is blank me. I connected the phone with Call Manager Express, ip assigned me perfectly, but looking at the phone looking for a debug file firmaware "jar11sccp.8-34.sbn 0-3," that I have not but I have another firmware for that I can not charge phone. As might do to make your phone does not always ask me to load that file and other firmware.

I am sorry but the description is complicated. Looks like you are facing an issue with 7911 while getting the required firmware which is absent in your CUCME ? If true, why dont you just download it from CCO, so that phone gets what it is looking for. The CUCME firmwares can be downloaded from here. Refer the CME System Admin guide for the firmware upgrade procedure. Lemme know if you need help in locating that guide.

downgrade your firmeware..

reset the TFTP and CALLMANAGER service..

it will work fine after this..
