Hi,
Its not telco , it s different site connected using sip trunk from cucm . But they are using non cisco product , How to check i about CNAMe in cucm.?

What if I add their name and the number in CUCM ?

The originating system must transmit the calling name information with the call setup information for it to be displayed on the CUCM-registered called endpoint. If this is a SIP Trunk ensure that the two products are configured to use the same header, typically P-Asserted-Identity.
