All incoming calls to one user are displaying the wrong name.

We have a user (A) that took over the position of another (B). User A, has two extensions on one phone. On all incoming calls to the phone, there is a message that displays the old user (B). The mess is "Incoming on User B."  

I've look in call manager & can't find any setting that would show this. Any ideas on where this may be stemming from

I hope it's showing the 'forwarded to B' message, and I think B has forwarded the calls to phone A.

Could you please share the message you see on the phone?

Hey Nithin & thanks for the help. 

When the user receives a call, the following message is seen on the phone, "Incoming Call on User, B" then right below it shows my extension calling her. I've attached a pic, should that help.
