Hello,
We are going to be moving some jail phones over to our IPT network. We need to give end users the ability to block calls from the jail phones so that they are unable to call out to victims. This block would change on a daily basis. I do not want to give end users access in to the management page to change these.
Does anyone know of an application or some way to achieve this?
Thanks!

You could write an AXL application to go in and change Route Patterns to Block. You could then make a web front-end that the end users could use to easily turn it on or off.

There's some getting started information along with some sample AXL applications here- https://developer.cisco.com/site/collaboration/management/axl/overview/
A better option may be to use the CURRI API-
