We have a first ATA187 on CUCM 8.5.1, but the ATA 187 is not registering. The ATA become the settings from DHCP and i have WEB-Access.
Under "Device Information" the Ports have status "Registering" (show Snapshot) but under Phone Configuration on the CUCM the Device "Unknown.
I do not know what I am doing wrong. Any ideas ?

Hi,
you need QED. Did u upload in CUCM?
Before using the 9.2(3) firmware for Cisco ATA 187 with Cisco Unified Communication Manager Release 6.1.5, 8.6 and higher, you must install the QED on the Cisco Unified Communication Manager publisher in the cluster.

Hallo,
and thanks for your respond. I have installed QED and restart tftp and callmanager. But the ATA187 is unimpressed. He become IP-Adress, Mask, GW and TFTP-Server-Adresses, but does not connect with the Callmanager. The ATA is there unknown.
Over the WEB-Interface Device Log Status Messages writes continously:
Succeed to get ATA5CA48A646E55.cnf.xml.sgn
Succeed to get CTLSEP5CA48A646E55.tlv
CTL installed
IP phone is in secure mode
Is the Hardware broken ?
