ATA 190 not registering. Has network connectivity. UCM 10.5

We have an ATA 190 that will no longer register. It stopped a month or so ago. There are no link lights on phone 1 or phone 2 ports. I can ping the device. It has firmware version 1.1.2. I tried some other suggestions from the community but they didn't work. Any ideas?
