I have a Cisco ATA191-3PW-K9 V04 with firmware 11-1-0MSR3-9 dated June 9 2019 installed.

I'm having trouble locating a later firmware. I believe I have found the right stuff but I'm not confident.

The link to what I found is on this page. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

Which platform are you using? CUCM, Webex Calling or a thirdy party call control system?

For CUCM check here:

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286319456/type/282074215/release/12.0.1%20SR4

For Multiplatform (Cisco Webex Calling, BroadCloud and BroadWorks, and other third-party call control system Metaswitch, Asterisk),  check here:

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286320022/type/282074215/release/11.2.1

My ATA191 is strictly standalone. In Australia the standard telephone lines have almost been obsoleted but millions of people have analog handsets and base stations that we don't want to dispose of so we need a standalone ATA. Your first choice of firmware matches my selection so I'm happy with that. Thank you for your assistance.

Life wasn't meant to be easy. I go to download the firmware and I'm told I can't do it because I haven't an address in my profile. However, when I try to follow the offered link to my profile nothing happens. When I find my profile by other means there is no address field in it. Am I in a Cisco swamp?

I found my way forward and have downloaded the firmware.
